What is Structure and Style? It’s IEW’s step-by-step method: Structure teaches kids how to organize their writing, and Style helps them add creativity and polish. 3. What grades does it cover? Level A → Grades 3–5 Level B → Grades 6–8 Level C → Grades 9–12 4. Do I need to start at Level A? No—just start at the level that matches your child’s grade. 5. How often do you use it? Typically 2 lessons a week, about 30–45 minutes each. 6. Do I need the Teacher’s Manual? Not required, but very helpful. It has sample outlines, answers, and grading guidance. 7. How parent-led is it? The videos do the teaching. Parents act more like coaches—checking work, encouraging, and keeping kids on track. 8. Does it work for reluctant writers? Yes! Because kids don’t face a blank page. They build from a Key Word Outline, so it feels manageable. 9. Do I need to buy all levels?
