Zoom offers two types of accounts: Free accounts, which Zoom calls Basic accounts, and Paid accounts. There are several versions of the Paid account. There is Pro, which I'm using in this video to do the comparison to the Basic account, and there are Business and Enterprise accounts that are paid accounts. It really comes down to Free vs. Paid for my comparison. I'll show in this video the 7 main features that the Basic account is missing when compared to the Paid account. You can as one of the people if you are the host. You can still have an unlimited number of meeting up to 100 people, but the meeting will time out at 40 minutes with three or more. I have a free Zoom account. There are seven noticeable features that are missing. Seven features missing from Zoom's Basic / Free account ************** 1. Change Personal Meeting ID (PMI) 2. Polling 3. Co-host 4. Registration 5. Webinar 6. Scheduling Privilege 7. Reporting Failed to mention it, but Cloud recording is missing from a free/basic account #zoommeetings #zoomfeatures #chrismenardzoom #chrismenardtraining I didn't mention it, but Recording is a major feature that is missing. You can record to the Cloud with a Paid account. For reporting, there are three reports I use frequently. I use Registration reports, Polling reports, and Attendance Reports. Reports are only with paid accounts and not free accounts.
