Lunala has the ability to move Psychic Energy from our Benched Psychic Pokemon to our Active Pokemon. We mainly move Energy from Giratina EX because it can generate Energy on its own. With Giratina, we can easily pivot between our Pokemon without spending to much Energy too. Rayquaza can also deal massive damage across the opponent's board.
