In April 2017, Lisa returned to Hong Kong from Canada at the age of 16, where she started her journey as a singer. Alongside her vocal training, she began teaching others to sing, eventually becoming a vocal coach and taking on roles as a producer. Lisa's students vary widely in age, ranging from children to adults. By the end of October 2023, Lisa released her debut album, showcasing her talents as a singer-songwriter. Prior to this, she studied jazz vocals at York University in Toronto, accumulating a wealth of stage performance and competition experience, as well as years of teaching singing. Drawing from her extensive teaching experience, Lisa has developed a vocal exercise that involves singing "LA" at various pitches to improve vocal range and positioning. This exercise also helps in developing good breathing habits through diaphragmatic support.
