Octonaughty is up to another prank in the town centre and Octoblock must track him down, using a map from Octocomputer. The map gives him an overview of the whole town and he learns to line the map up with what he sees physically and uses that to locate Octonaughty. When the two meet, Octonaughty grabs hold of a rubber duck and using his resizing ray, makes the duck ginormous with the ambition of making the biggest bubble bath, ever he dashes off to Triangle Lake. Octoblock needs a shortcut this time and to use his map again, on route he finds the resizing ray and locates Octonaughty along with the giant rubber duck. Octoblock saves the day, resizes the duck and a very frustrated Octonaughty.
