So it's finally time to share our last rental home property before we move into our new forever home. I'm too excited, cuz this means I no longer have to move anymore! We will finally be settled! We decided to settle in NJ, cuz I love the Tri-state area, experiencing all four seasons, and my easy access to NYC.
