In this video, I am painting using two colors only to show how important it is to use different values. I'm only using two colors here but because of the value scale from light to dark ( more water to pigment and less water to pigment), the painting is interesting and beautiful as well as very cohesive and calming since it is only using two hues. This is perfect for the beginner to watercolors. These are so fun and easy. YOU can create this as well. Im using my favorite technique of feathering and push/pull with a "damp" brush to soften the edges and add dark accents.
