Our latest publication in Nature Communications describes the first reported application of Knowledge Graphs to CRISPR screens to identify novel drivers of resistance to cancer treatments. Two AstraZeneca scientists discuss developing this Knowledge Graph framework, which harnesses artificial intelligence and big data, and its potential impact.
