Want to chop up a bell pepper, fast? Here's what you do: 1. Cut off the top and bottom of the pepper and then make a cut down one of the sides. 2. Leaving the skin side down, run your knife along the inner portion to remove the bitter white parts and the seeds. 3. Then, it's pretty straightforward.
