"THE WIRE" UNCOVERED We’ve been flooded with requests lately for an obscure early Augenblick cartoon called “The Wire”. If you’re curious, check out this @lostmediawiki video https://youtu.be/ISvyC4GAF3E it’s pretty wild. The cartoon was created in 1995 while Aaron Augenblick was a sophomore at SVA, it went on to win some awards and eventually air on Cartoon Network 10/20/96 as a “Night of Independent Cartoons”. It was never seen again since. Luckily we were able to track down a VHS copy of the airing on Cartoon Network and for the first time in 23 years here is “The Wire”! Enjoy!
