As it turns out, there was also a third person who went along for the ride. The eagle-eyed guys over at Corvette Blogger noticed that on the passenger-side wing mirror and door of the C8 Corvette prototype there were tiny stickers featuring the silhouette of Zora-Arkus Duntov, the Corvette’s first engineer and a man who pushed for the creation of a mid-engine Vette throughout the 1950s and 1960s.
