Just reheat in the microwave before serving☺️ • More recipes in my Ebooks which have 180 healthy & easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • Ingredients for two servings: 1 cup (lactose-free) high protein Greek yogurt, the yogurt I use contains 13g protein per 100g (240 ml / 250g) 4 eggs 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 cup (gluten-free) oats (240 ml) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom • toppings: 1 cup blueberries (160g) • 1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth 2. Pour into greased ramekins or oven safe glass containers. Top with blueberries 3. Bake at 180 Celsius / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes 4. For extra sweetness, serve with a little bit of maple syrup
