And I can almost guarantee if you implement these tips, you can get to 1000 subscribers faster than I did for sure! Tip #1 - Having The Proper Mindset. This is not your typical "first tip" but I truly believe if you start YouTube with the wrong mindset, nothing else matters. So it's important to truly understand WHY it is you're doing it. Because when you feel like quitting, and you will, you have to remember your WHY. Whether that's because you want time freedom, to buy your parents a house, or just spend more time with loves ones... never forget your WHY. Tip #2 - Picking the right niche. This is a huge mistake I see so many new YouTubers completely getting wrong. Not only are they making random videos that aren't optimized for SEO (which is a completely different story) but they're not focused on a specific niche/industry. You'll see people posting about football one day and dancing the next day. This is a mistake for many reasons. But what will end up happening is people will subscribe because they like football and the next video they upload is dancing and most people who like football don't like dancing, so now their subscribers don't even like their content... HUGE problem. It's best to focus on the 3 evergreen niches: health, wealth, and relationships. Tip #3 - Upgrade Your B.A.V.L. This is something I just made up, but maybe you've heard of A.V.L. before. This just means Audio, Video, Lighting. I added the B in there for BACKGROUND. This is key. And upgrading your background/gear doesn't always mean spending a ton of money. Upgrading your background could just mean cleaning your room. As for gear, my entire setup cost me less than $300... and it looks fine to me! These are just a few of the things I'll be teaching in my beta program. This is hugely important in every aspect of life, especially business and YouTube. When I first started out I was not focused at all. I was trying to be on every platform and that just doesn't work. Especially if you're trying to get your first 1000 subscribers on YouTube... you have to be consistent with your uploads and be super focused on YouTube specifically. I suggest having 1 main platform (YouTube) and 1 support platform (see tip #5). Tip #5 - Get on TikTok RIGHT NOW. This is the best support platform you can pair with YouTube, by far. I've gained over 75,000 followers in just a couple months... PLUS, it absolutely exploded my growth on YouTube AND triggered the YouTube algorithm. It's absolutely insane how much TikTok has helped my business and I know it won't always be like this... but right now, IT IS - so don't miss out while it's hot. I suggest siphoning all of the traffic from TikTok to YouTube, which is where a lot of people are screwing up, unfortunately.
