On this episode of The Best Record Shops, I will explore Kalóz Records, in Budapest, Hungary. Kalóz Records may not be a bog shop, however, it is incredibly well-organised, carrying vinyl, CD's and cassettes (new and second-hand). Rock, Pop, Disco, Jazz, Classical Music, Hungarian, Eastern-European... they have it all. They even have a section dedicated to Transylvanian Folk and Pop. I found some of my favourite albums there, and I also found a few albums I had to add to my collection. Kalóz Records is an amazing record shop with a great collection. Our culture is our biggest asset. It's not free. There is no feeling like sitting down in order to enjoy a music record by your favourite Artist, holding it on your hand, appreciating its artwork, reading liner notes, putting the record on the player, and pressing the Play button.
