Measuring tips for Shutters: 1. Measure in 3 places across the window and use the smallest width and smallest height for your order sizes. Measure the width first, then the height and ensure you label them correctly. 2. Check the how level and square the window is, you can do this with a spirit level and by measuring across the diagonal of the window recess. If your windows are more than 6-8mm out of level please refer to the PDF measuring guide or contact us for advice. 3. Get someone to check your measurements and what you have written down, a good tip is measure using different units as its very easy to enter 1100mm instead of 1010mm for example. If your measuring in cm take out the decimal point or add a zero on the end to convert to mm. The measuring is the key, take your time getting this right and your made to measure shutters will fit.
