Pat Sajak got snappy with a “Wheel of Fortune” contestant during Monday’s show after a returning player overstepped his boundary. Fan-favorite Christian Dixie — who appeared on the show in 2020 — was chewed out by Sajak, 76, when the 22-year-old grabbed the envelope in the game show’s bonus round. “In fairness, we used to do it that way; the player would pick up the thing,” explained the 76-year-old to both Dixie and the audience. “Don’t ever do it again.” The comment elicited a nervous chuckle from the crowd.
