🍲 Mille Feuille Nabe Hot Pot Rice Cooker recipe 😉 All you need are: - one cup dashi (or chicken broth) - Approx 6 slices of napa cabbage (or siu choy) - Approx 12 slices of thin hot pot pork belly slices - half a block of konnyaku (aka konjac) - chopped carrots - half a block of medium firm or firm tofu - bunch of enoki mushrooms Layer napa cabbage with pork belly slices one on top of each other, and cut into 4 equal portions. Add veggies and tofu on the bottom of the rice cooker. Arrange pork belly and napa cabbage segments around the perimeter of the rice cooker, and stuff enoki mushrooms in the middle to hold everything in place. Add in one cup of dashi or chicken broth (or water). ✨TIP: Eat this straight from the pot with a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil!
