The current society needs to reconsider on existing gender roles and how in future the role reversal would help to reach the gender equality goal. Women leadership in corporate is need of hour and then how would the future world look if general roles are reversed. An inspiration to join hands and make small changes that would help to attain the gender equality in all aspects of life. Aditi Patankar, is a certified Marketing professional from Japan, ex-banker, an entrepreneur, Mrs India Singapore winner and International pageant coach. Her versatility in various fields across Singapore, London & India, has established herself as a strong women leader in creating next generation women leaders who are breaking societal myths. Her passion also continues to support start-up community to facilitate entrepreneurial talent in India. With her interest in bikes and cars since childhood, pushing the boundaries fast forward, she has been a Formula 4 racer in the only women’s team for National Racing Championship pan-India.
