1/4th Cup Oil 2 Bay Leaves 1 Black Cardamom 3 Green Cardamom 3 Cloves 1 Pc Cinnamon 1 Tsp Caraway Seeds 2 Onions Chopped -When onions turn soft, Add 750gms Chicken 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste Salt - Mix well and fry 4-5 minutes till chicken changes its color. -Then Addv2-3 Tbsp Water. -Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. • Prepare Special Pulao Masala • • 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds • 2 Tsp Fennel Seeds • 1 Star Anise • 1 Black Cardamom • 4 Green Cardamom • 1 Pc Cinnamon • 1/8th Nutmeg ( V small pc ) • 2 petals or small pc of Mace • 3 Cloves • 2 Bay Leaves -Grind into a coarse powder. - Now, - add 1/2 Cup Curd 2 tsp pulao masala -Now cover & cook for another 7-8 minutes on low flame. -Then, -Add 750ml water, -3 Green Chillies -Coriander Leaves -Salt -2 Tsp Lemon Juice -400gms washed and soaked basmati rice (Soaked for 1 hour only, not more) -Cook till the rice is done! -It’s ready!
