An ally of Vladimir Putin has published a video of himself driving a Tesla Cybertruck with what appears to be a PKM machine gun mounted on the back. Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Russia’s Chechnya region, heaped praise on Tesla chief Elon Musk and said he would send the adapted vehicle to the Ukraine conflict zone.
