The Ryzen 9 9950X supposedly is the best CPU from the AM5 lineup to date in terms of multithreading, however seeinng how good the performance gain on the 9800X3D is, with the new V-Cache positioning and that veery few people actually needeven more multithreading, it's a tough buy at the moment. The 9950X3D is probably gonna be the best choice on the high end, whereas a lot of people will just be able to settle for a 9700X.
