Echinopsis is a genus of cacti that's widely found in the garden industry and among collectors for its beautiful flowers and spectacular growing style. It comprises of 128 different species which is widely found in parts of South America. Comparatively speaking it's one of the easier genus to grow and adapt to humid tropical conditions. For most gardeners from tropical parts of the world, growing a cactus for long-term is a challenging ordeal. So in this video I am sharing some of my cultivation practices that have proven effective.
