Bikini Body Diet: Alita answers some questions from a viewers on her diet. Question: What is your bikini competition diet and training? Answer: I train 5-6 days per week. Training involves weight training (various body parts) Example: led day, arm day, back and shoulders day. I do circuits as well, high intensity, lots of pushups, lots of sit-ups, and of course cadio machines. I used to do 40 minutes of cario at every workout, then I went down to 30 minutes in addition to above workout. Being 6 days out form my bikini competition, my cardio days are behind me. NO MORE CARDIO... YES!!! Now I have to fill out and make sure my muscled pop. I eat protein at every meat, 5 meals per day. My protein consists of mostly basa fish and eggs since I don't eat chicken or beef. O also incluse complex carbs ,veggies and fats. Depending on your body type you may need to completely omit carbs some of the time. I spend about 2 hours per day at the gym getting ready for this bikini competition. I do lower weight, higher rep exercises. Then I hit the cardio machines. This burns fat quicker and tones my muscles better. As for the supplements: Protein sakes, BCAA, CLA, L-Carnitine, Multivitamins. REMEMBER: What I'm doing is not "Real World" living. This is strictly my bikini competition diet. I do eat and train much differently otherwise.
