All cards are freestanding - no tape, glue, bending or folding. This project was built to launch my new YouTube channel - cardstackers - which will be dedicated solely to new cardstacking projects. With almost 4000 decks, I have plans for many big projects over the next few months. I have a book full of sketches and plans for at least 30 projects. Please subscribe if you would like to be notified of new videos as they are posted. I spent about 40 hours on this tower and it used about 29,000 cards. It took 2 people 1.5 hours to clean up (3 man hours). By the way, the current world record for tallest free-standing house of cards stands at 7.86 m (25 feet 9 7/16 inches) and was built by Bryan Berg on October 16, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. Yes, I know I was only 5 feet short of the record, but I never intended for this tower to be a record breaker.
