Why are IT Sector companies' share prices falling down this much? In last 1 year, Infosys is down by 27%, TCS down by 19%, Wipro down by 44% and Tech Mahindra 41% which seems little wrong as all these IT Firms earn in dollar and in today’s date Indian currency has gone down to 81 and all these IT companies should have got more profit. But Share market always tries to predict future value. In the US and Europe where most of these IT Service sector companies are getting their project there has been a slowdown or recession in the economy. Which would lead to either very less new project work or no new projects at all and Stock market concentrates on future growth of these companies and value them. Anyways these companies got too over valuation at the time of COVID-19 which is now getting corrected. But I feel there would be now change in IT Companies business from a long term perspective. #itsector #shorts #recession #inflation #stockmarket #financialliteracy - Social Media Instagram ➡️ www.instagram.com/finanster.aware/ Twitter ➡️ https://twitter.com/FinansterAware - I hope you enjoy learning something new and be a more rational investor.
