Healthy Chili Chicken- (no cornflour/ deep frying) There’s no reason why you should be eating bland chicken breasts when you could spice it up and satisfy your tastebuds. Chilli chicken is an indo chinese dish which is usually made by deep frying but this recipe involves only stir frying the chicken! ——-————————————————————————- //This recipe makes 2 servings// Ingredients: For the chicken marinade: Chicken- 300g Salt Black pepper Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp Green chilli paste- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce- 2 tsp Chilli sauce- 1.5 tbsp Garlic finely chopped: 1 tsp Onion: 1 whole Green & red bell pepper: 1 small Red chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp Soy sauce- 1tbsp Red chilli sauce- 2 tbsp Green chilli sauce- 1 tbsp Olive oil - 2 tsp Instructions: 1. Chop the chicken into small cubes. Marinate the chicken with all the spices and sauces mentioned in the marinade. Set aside for 30mins minimum. 2. Meanwhile, finely chop garlic and set aside. Chop the bell peppers into big cubes and set aside. Do the same with onions and separate each layer. 3. In a pan, add olive oil and first fry the chicken pieces: 3-4 mins on each side. Remove and set aside. 4. Now add some more oil and sauté the garlic in it. Add onions and stir fry for 3 mins( don’t overcook it) 5. Now add the bell peppers and let them stir fry too. Make sure all these veggies are crunchy. 6. Add in your sauces, chilli flakes and give it a good mix. 7. Pour in some water to make it saucy 8. Now add the cooked chicken into the pan and stir fry for 4-5 mins. 9.
