Prosecutors asked two juries to put convicted murderer Jodi Arias to death for the death of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander. But neither could reach a unanimous decision. Today, the judge declared a second mistrial. According to Arizona law, the death penalty is taken off the table after two hung juries. Now, the judge will decide Arias' fate. She will be sentenced to life in prison, or life with the possibility of release after 25 years. Sentencing is set for April 13.
