As Epstein files hit the headlines all over the world, Trump’s absence sparked a controversy inside controversy. Trump appeared to be the sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein’s close confidant, and one of the most prominent names in the files. However, Trump’s mention is missing in the recently released large chunk of the Epstein files by Department of Justice. This started yet another controversy as the Democrats alleged Trump administration of purposefully removing his name. One file with photo of Trump appeared to be removed, on December 20, from dataset released by DoJ, reported Reuters. Moreover, critics flagged extensive reference of Democrat’s Bill Clinton in the DoJ’s release of the Epstein files. Latest releases from Epstein files have mentions of a large number of celebrities from politics to entertainment to big tech. Microsoft’s Bill Gates to ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson to Ex-Duke Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, all sparked row. Meanwhile, Trump absence raised suspicion, especially after pictures & documents related to him trickled out of earlier releases. Trump’s absence was noted online by Democrats in House of Representatives, who demanded an explanation from the administration.
