OK guys, the first thing that we are going to do is test that the visor into the channel to make sure it's going to fit properly. Once we know it's going to fit like it's supposed to,then we can go ahead and pull it back out, remove the tape, the backing off of the tape and then reinstall it back into the channel. Now the best way to do that is to put the front end first and then the back and then just kind of give a little twist and push in the center, to get the center up inside the channel and then just push it and snug it up in here. Then once that's in, we go and do the back and get the same as the front. Once we get the back on, we can run the windows up and down, two or three times, just to make sure everything works like it's supposed to and help set them into the channel. Do the same thing in the back and then if everything is working the way it's supposed to, then we can go ahead and close it up. It is recommended that you leave the windows up for at least 24 hours to help them set them into place. There you have it. That's how simple it is to install the smoke window vent visors from Putco on to your truck. Until next time, happy motoring. 866-554-0581 Free shipping for orders over $100!
