This was a last minute gift I made for a friend before attending her party. I was able to do this under an hour. I let it dry in front of a high powered fan but the longer it dries the better. I used Mod Podge glue, sponge brush, glitter, clean bottle & I sealed with Liquid Glass. You can seal with Mod Podge.
