Build A Strong Lower Back WITHOUT EQUIPMENT 💪 - from long gruelling hours at desks almost every day of the week, it is understandable that back pain and weakness in the lower back is one of the most common issues we face in todays society. HOWEVER, through correct training methods, we can strengthen the lower back (and the muscles supporting the area) in order to build a more resilient back that is far stronger and less prone to chronic and frustrating injuries. In today's video I dive into depth in regards to the 'arch body' - a PHENOMENAL exercise that will strengthen the muscles running along the posterior chain of your body in order to erase back pain once and for all. Not only are arch body variations highly effective, they require absolutely NO EQUIPMENT other than your own bodyweight!
