this used to be such a struggle for me but now it’s second nature 😁 save these steps for your next bake! 1. drop your piping tip into the bag 2. hold the bag at the base of the tip and make a crease at the nozzle 3. snip/cut the bag just below the crease 4. twist and stuff the bottom of the bag into the piping tip 5. fold the top half of the bag over your hand (cuff your hand with the piping bag) 6. use a bowl scraper to push your filling into the bag 7. unfold the bag and gently press the filling down to the tip (this pushes out air bubbles) 8. twist the bag closed. when you’re ready to pipe, squeeze the bag until the piping tip pushes out of the bag lmk if you have any questions! #pastryschool #pastry #piping #pipingskills #pipingtechniques #pipingtutorial #pipingtips #bakingtips #beginnercakedecorator #beginnercookiedecorating #beginnerbaker #tutorial #meringue #howto
