Buying a home is simpler than you think. In this video, I've broken it down into five simple steps. Number one is to identify a realtor. I would get some recommendations from coworkers, family, friends etc. Someone that they have used before who has a trusted process and service model. Number two, is Identify a lender. The realtor is not going to be able to really properly show you houses until you find a lender. Figure out who you feel comfortable with. Number three is the pre approval process. So not to worry if two to three different people are getting your pre approval. Any inquiries into your credit within 30 days just count as one. After you received the pre-approval letter, the fourth thing is shopping for a house. Number five is getting under contract, making an offer, and refreshing documents. The final step is contract to close process which usually will take around 30 days. Have any questions?
