Straight away we’ll set the polygon sides to 4. Then the Expansion to 2, the spin to 5 and the lifespan to 40. Moving forward, set the fade-in time to 6, the out time to 50 and the start width to 3. Now if you want, apply the gradient ramp effect and change your colors. To make this pop, create an adjustment layer and apply the glow effect. Duplicate the glow effect. Set the glow radius to 130 and duplicate the glow one more time. Alright, create one more adjustment layer and apply a Gaussian blur and set the blur to 20. Then create a make from the center like this and set mask 1 to subtract. Be sure to increase the feather, so now we have this subtle blur effect. Now experiment with the settings to create your own visual loops.
