1. Shallots - 10 numbers 2. Garlic - 14 cloves 3. Black peppercorns - 1 1/2 tbsp 4. Cumin seeds - 2 tsp Crush all these together. 1. Tamarind - 20 gm 2. Water Soak tamarind in water. Squeeze it with hands & mix well in the water. Combine them well & strain out the solution. 3. Add crushed mixture into this tamarind water. 4. Red chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp 5. Coriander powder - 3/4 tbsp 6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 7. Tomato - 1 8. Curry leaves - few 9. Salt - 2 tsp (adjust as required) 10. Asafoetida powder - 1 tsp Switch on the flame. Give it a mix.
