This community will feature 11 different models designed by renowned architects ranging in size from 3,200 to 5,500 sqft. A resident clubhouse with two outdoor pools, lounge and fitness center create a community gathering space, while pickleball courts, and a Southeastern golf cart exit with direct access to 30A ensure mobility throughout the neighboring community is available at all times. The rental restricted community of Turquoise is claiming to be the future of residential luxury along 30A. Moving to east towards the opposite end of 30A, we have the new Seagrove Beach Access being developed. The 1.34-acre cleared-out lot took five years to design a permit and will showcase 25 new parking spaces with a loading and unloading zone, a large ADA-compliant boardwalk to the beach with a center staircase, and a one thousand square foot bathroom facility. The beach operations division said they should have this project done in 11 months at a price tag of $4.8 million, putting a timeline of July 2025 for its grand opening. As we head to the north side of Santa Rosa Beach, we have the brand new community of Brizo going in off of E Hewitt by the far west end of 30A. This 18 homesite community will have two story homes with four floor plans with 3-5 bedroom options, starting at 2300 sqft to over 3000 sqft. This location on the west end of Santa Rosa Beach makes it a short drive to Destin, 30A and Topsail State Park, but also what I found unique is how this community is tucked into trees with a pretty cool drive down Alderberry Rd to get to the community. The last update in this video is the growth and expansion of the Watersound Town Center. St Joe announced the opening of several restaurant, retail and office tenants at Watersound Town Center. Watersound Town Center tenants that are anticipated to open soon include Starbucks, Summer House Lifestyle and Halo Salon & Blowout Bar. A second phase of Watersound Executive Suites is under construction to meet demand as the first phase is 100% leased. Additionally, Quest Hospitality Concepts, LLC is bringing a high-end sports tavern concept and plans for the restaurant include elevated American pub fare and craft cocktails.
