Caleb Thomas Schwab, the son of a Kansas state legislator, was killed after he plummeted from the 168-foot-tall Verruckt ride at Schlitterbahn Waterpark on Sunday. Esteban Castaneda, who was at the Kansas City waterpark, says he heard loud booms coming from the ride before noticing a body wash down after a raft.
