Even if he has terrible data frames, he kinda makes up for it by having a HUGE list of chargeable moves, many stuns and long strings with several easy cancels. His Fierce Flurry is a great move too, chargeable in all his attacks bar the last one and dealing several stuns along the way. I believe he's the easiest character to create an IGC. If only he was "handicapped" by devs, he could be a huge presence in the meta. As usual, I used TASing Tools for him, while also leaving all the previous footage this time, so no one can say "it's on easy" or "why the CPU doesn't teleport!?".
