In this Marcy Inspired Bonus Video, we take you to Hatch, New Mexico for the 53rd annual Hatch Chile Festival. Enjoy a slice of Americana with a small town parade, a chile eating contest, live music and plenty of green chile being roasted. This year, we didn't eat our usual green chile cheeseburgers at Sparky's, because we wanted to take you somewhere different. We went to the Pepper Pot, where you can have your burrito smothered Christmas style; half in red chile, the other in green chile. We also took Marcy Inspired T-shirts to give to viewers of our YouTube channel. It was so nice to meet people we consider to be friends. We come from all different backgrounds, but we are united by our shared love of good food, which usually includes Hatch chile. Thanks so much for watching this Bonus Video.
