While I've been too busy with work to make any real progress on my second electric car conversion, I've been doing some wallet engineering. A variety of parts for both EV swap projects have arrived at my door, and here are two of them: a new (old) electro-hydraulic power steering pump, and a new (but broken) electric vacuum pump for the brake assistance. In this video I show how I fixed the vacuum pump and prepared it for installation in the car. And I talk about the experiments I will be doing with the power steering pump, since I don't know of anyone using this exact model at the moment. It may work, it may not.
