This video answers several questions: What is Mensa? Is Mensa related to narcissism? Is there a way that anybody can get in Mensa? Mensa is a high IQ Society. The word Mensa isn't an acronym, rather a word from Latin meaning “table.” There is a Mensa international, that's the International Organization and then there's many national groups. It was formed in 1946 and the idea here was “to create a society that's non-political and free from all racial and religious distinctions” and the only qualification is that somebody has an IQ that's in the top 2% of the population.
