To see how to spatchcock a chicken, please click this link. https://youtu.be/WhTzbJXi9zM INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs Whole Chicken (SPATCHCOCKED for faster and more even cooking) 3 1/2 tsps Lawry's seasoned salt 2 tsps paprika 1/2 - 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ginger powder 2 1/2 tsps garlic powder 1 tbsp olive oil 3/4 cup honey 3 tbsps soy sauce 2 tbsps lemon juice 2 tbsps unsalted butter 4 - 6 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsps brown sugar Browning or Fancy molasses as desired 1. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes and then 2. Bake at 375F for 55 minutes ideally while basting the chicken every 10 - 15 minutes
