When picking out a piece, find a piece that really speaks to you and is in great shape. dont just look for a bargain make sure its great quality. I like the heavier more well made pieces. The genuine gold plating last longer and the pieces were made with pride. they last compared to the cheap junk at forever 21 and H&M etc.
