One big challenges for many of my patients and clients is eating healthy during the winter/cold months. As many of us shift into the cooler months, I wanted to share with you some of my top tips for eating healthier and if desired, a raw or high raw vegan diet during this time. I have been eating a raw vegan diet for over 10 years and I have done it in cold climates as well, so I’m drawing on my own personal experience (as well as my professional experience as a medical doctor guiding many with their diet and health).
