Diamond Banc was founded in 2008 by Mills Menser, who is a third generation retailer. Mills currently owns Buchroeders Jewelers, which has been in operation since 1896. Having personally experienced the financial frustrations of a retailer, Mills set out to create new revenue streams for himself, Diamond Banc’s customers, and now our retail partners.
