Altria Group Stock is currently below a 10 P/E - and they're selling a portion of their interest in BUD (Inbev) in order to be able to purchase more of their own stock and expand the share repurchases at these low prices. I believe for MO Stock that this is a good use of capital and will be beneficial for shareholders. Stocks should be bought back when cheap, as this gets more shareholder value for less money spent.
