Despite the defeat of the vile Sinestra, the dreaded Cho'gall, leader of the Twilight's Hammer, the defeat of Nefarian, the victory in Stonecore ... yet still, the world was dying. Go'el, formerly known as Thrall, one of the leading shamans of the Earthen Ring, was still trying to understand why can he not help the Elemental Spirits -- the spirits that controlled and were the essence of the elements of Azeroth. However, instead of receiving a vision or speaking to the Elements, it is revealed that the Fire Elemental that controls the Fire Elementals was in fact none other than the Elemental Lord, Ragnaros! Ragnaros was the lieutenant of the Old Gods -- the Old Gods were the most powerful beings in existence, such as Yogg-saron, C'thun and others -- the Old Gods that were summoned into Azeroth merely had a percentage or two percentage of their powers, for it was taking very long for them to be transferred into the world. It is why they were so easily defeated by the heroes of Azeroth. But the Firelord, Ragnaros, has been resurrected by Deathwing the Destroyer to retake the control of the Elements of Azeroth. Ragnaros was the, debatable, "cousin" or "brother" to the Elemental Lords Neptulon the Tidehunter, Therazane the Stonemother and Al'akir the Windlord. Each ruled over their own domain; the Stonecore was ruled by the Stonemother, the Firelands were ruled by the Firelord, the watery oceans of the Elemental Plane ruled by the Tidehunter, and the Skywall was ruled by Al'akir. Now, Azeroth faces a new danger; the mighty powers of the Lord of Fire and of the Elemental Plane, Ragnaros the Firelord! Could the heroes of Azeroth ever be able to quench the fires of doom, in the world of .. WARCRAFT?
