Kattarpanthi Mutton: Recipe in Description #shorts #youtubeshorts #muttoncurry #muttonrecipe #mutton KATTARAPANTHI MUTTON RECIPE:- Ingredients & Recipe below: - Marinate 1 kg mutton with 4-6 whole dry red chillies, 1 tbsp each of salt, crushed black pepper, roasted crushed coriander seeds, roasted crushed cumin seeds, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and 1 cup curd. Let it sit for half an hour. - Heat 4-5 tbsp oil in a Kadhai and add in 1 tsp shahi jeera, 1 mace, 2.5 inch cinnamon stick, 4 green & 1 black cardamom, 5 cloves and 1 bay leaf. Let them pop for 30 seconds then add in the marinated mutton. Fry the mutton on high for 12 minutes then on medium high for 4 minutes. - Take 6 sliced onions, handful of coriander stems, 8-12 green chillies and 22-25 pistachios (you can use almonds instead) in a pan and add in sufficient water. Boil all of it together then peel off the skin from the pistachios and blend all of it together into a smooth paste straining out the water. - Add this paste in the Kadhai and fry on high for 5 minutes. Now add in 2.5 cups of water and close the lid turning flame to low for an hour checking and stirring in between. Lastly add in 1 tsp garam masala powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
