Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov shared a video showing himself driving a Tesla Cybertruck with what appeared to be a machine gun mounted on top, stating he plans to send it to the Ukraine conflict zone. Kadyrov praised both the vehicle and Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Telegram, calling Musk the "strongest genius of modern times" and inviting him to visit Chechnya.
