When Tamanna Singh started running in medical school, it was a quick and easy way to get back in shape. As she started a fellowship in cardiology, she was surrounded by mentors who ran, and began to see running as a complement to life, as a way to confront boundaries. When the pandemic shut down her local gym, she was forced to find alternative solution for her early morning runs, and was lucky to have access to a treadmill in the clinic where she works.
